New for IAAPA 2009 is the XT-RockSolid, a new type of rock speaker using SolidDrive transducer technology. The XT-RockSolid provides omnidirectional, high fidelity coverage and has no grille holes. RockSolid speakers are available in three colors (custom colors available) and may be ordered with one or two SolidDrive transducers installed.
Also new at the show is the SM8 Series of 8” surface-mount speakers. These speakers provide superior coverage, high efficiency and consistent sound dispersion; proprietary technologies make installation and aiming of the speakers fast and easy. U
nits are available in black or white; custom colors are also available. Two of the three models have stainless steel grilles for improved weather resistance.
