Visit Group, a specialist in creating digital solutions tailored to the attractions and tourism industries, is adding new features to the VISIT platform that strengthen the connection between hotels and attractions.
These enhancements connect two of VISIT’s key products: BookVisit, the Nordics' leading direct booking platform, and iTicket, its flexible ticketing system for tours and attractions. Consequently, hotels can now offer guests a smooth experience to book both accommodation and partner attractions through a single process.
"For guests, this means a completely seamless experience - accommodation and tickets are booked in one flow, everything is prepaid and ready upon arrival," says Glenn Cedströmer, product owner for BookVisit.
"No paper vouchers, no extra steps, just a frictionless journey from booking to experience."
A win-win
For attraction operators, this new feature enables access to additional sales and distribution channels via local hotels' booking systems. It enhances collaboration within destinations and allows partners to connect with guests earlier in their planning process.
“We are extremely satisfied with the solution," says Siri Brevik, total revenue manager, Hasselbacken/Cirkus Venues. "It’s truly a game changer for us - like a Kinder egg with all the smart solutions in one product!”

“Our mission is to create a platform where destinations can grow together," adds Carl-Johan Holmén, chief commercial officer, VISIT.
"Hotels and experience providers share the same guests - we simply make it easier for them to collaborate and deliver a unified guest journey."
A growing, fully connected platform
With this new development, VISIT advances further toward its long-term goal of creating a fully integrated platform that encompasses the entire guest experience within a destination.
BookVisit and iTicket are both core VISIT products, and strengthening the connection between them, alongside the broader ecosystem of integrations spanning PMS providers, channel managers, revenue managers, table booking systems, spa systems, and activity management, this development reinforces BookVisit as an open and extensible platform.
Integrating additional systems and streamlining everyday workflows for staff and guests reduces complexity, saves time, and enables better decision-making.
This stronger link between BookVisit and iTicket exemplifies how BookVisit is transforming into the core hospitality hub, where key functions unite, enabling customers to concentrate on what truly matters: delivering outstanding guest experiences.
For BookVisit properties, adding tickets from an iTicket attraction is straightforward, just requiring a commercial agreement with the attraction they wish to resell.
Once established, the attraction creates a channel to the property, enabling the hotel to access the ticket products on its side and offer them as it does any other add-on in its booking process. All data and inventory remain up to date in real time, ensuring accurate availability for both parties.
Earlier this year, Visit Group hosted the Nordic travel and hospitality industry at Jacy’z Hotel & Resort in Gothenburg for Visit Summit 2025, a celebration of creativity, collaboration, and the future of travel, under the theme The Art of Connections.
