Cloward H2O, an expert in aquatic design, has announced that the new expansion at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, the Guitar Tower, is now open.

Cloward H2O is pleased to announce the success of one of its recent projects, the Guitar Tower at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood. This new expansion opened in October 2019 and is already proving popular with guests.

The company worked on the project alongside Klai Juba Wald Architects and EDSA Landscape Architects. Cloward H2O developed the 13.5-acre pool amenity area, including the Bora Bora Cabana pools, River Pools, Guitar Pool, and the Oasis Tower Suites VIP Pool.

Pools, spas and water features

Cloward H2O also developed a 2.3-acre recreation lake, where visitors can enjoy a range of water sports such as paddle-boarding and kayaking. In addition to this, it also designed the arrival porte-cochere water features and the Council Oaks Waterfall.

The company also worked on the indoor facilities for the Guitar Tower. Here, guests can enjoy a range of spa pools in the Rock Spa & Salon, such as a central spa pool, as well as hot and cold plunge pools and facilities inside the men’s and women’s wet spa. The Guitar Tower includes two penthouse suites, for which Cloward H2O designed more pools and spas.

In addition to this, the new extension is home to the Dear Day Club, which also features the Day Club Pool and two plunge pools, also developed by Cloward H2O.

For the whole project, the company provided engineering designs and construction support for over 3.25 acres. This includes 5.2 million gallons of recreational water, pools, spas, and water features. These facilities add to the Guitar Tower’s 638 luxury guest rooms and suites, alongside the 168 guest rooms and exclusive swim-up suites in the Oasis Tower.

Cloward H2O also recently completed an engineering design project for Vietnam’s newest water park, Aquatopia, on Hon Thom Island, off the south coast of Phu Quoc Island.
