accesso Technology Group PLC, a leading technology provider for attractions worldwide, will showcase the latest advancements in its revenue-generating product range at IAAPA Expo Orlando 2025.

Visitors can stop by Booth #5131 to witness live demonstrations across ticketing, point of sale, virtual queuing, mobile, payments, and AI-powered commerce.

Latest innovations

Since its debut in 2024 and with deployments at over 50 venues, accesso Freedom consolidates restaurant and retail management into a unified, modern SaaS platform.

It's tailored for busy, high-traffic settings, supporting point-of-sale terminals, mobile ordering, self-service kiosks, and mobile POS. When integrated with accesso Passport, it ensures seamless benefit and entitlement redemption throughout all guest interactions.

Attendees at IAAPA can experience firsthand the simplicity of mobile and self-service ordering workflows during the event.

Freedom now also supports conversational AI chat-based food and retail ordering, powered by accesso’s intelligent framework. This technology allows AI to comprehend complex product rules, pricing, and bundles, providing guests with a smart, personalised ordering experience through natural chat interactions.

With Scan & Go, guests use their mobile devices to scan retail and other packaged items, complete their payment securely, and avoid waiting in line. This leads to quicker service and less stress on staff during busy periods.

New features offer guests additional payment options and personalised experiences. They can now charge purchases directly to their room accounts via real-time integration with Property Management Systems (PMS), removing the need for paper receipts and manual checkout entries.

Additionally, Freedom now supports both digital and physical gift cards that can be linked to wristbands, access cards, or printed vouchers, helping operators boost loyalty and revenue.

Designed for mobile and speed, accesso Passport consistently enhances ticketing and eCommerce performance at busy venues worldwide. With more than 800 updates annually, Passport is a leading comprehensive SaaS ticketing solution for the attractions sector, supporting top venues in over 20 countries worldwide.

New AI features

accesso will showcase a preview of its upcoming conversational AI chat shopping feature, integrated into the accesso Passport ticketing system.

This innovative approach demonstrates how operators can incorporate shopping into their AI-powered chatbots. Using the same intelligent platform as Freedom, the system comprehends ticket availability, pricing, and bundling, making the guest experience quicker, smarter, and more personalised.

The latest release also includes a headless API, giving venues the flexibility to craft fully customised branded digital experiences on web, mobile, and kiosk platforms.

The new Combo Creator simplifies the bundling of tickets, food, and merchandise. Expanded brand customisation options improve content and commerce integration, while new features to optimise the e-commerce checkout process help boost sales conversion, allowing venues to maximise their sales.

Horizon is specifically designed for destinations that need flexible, enterprise-level ticketing and guest management.

Its cloud-native platform supports advanced entitlements for bundled and multi-experience access, strong CRM integration, access control, and a scalable infrastructure tailored for high-volume, high-profile settings.

The Grand Egyptian Museum, the new state-of-the-art museum near the Pyramids of Giza, is now operational with the Horizon platform.

Supporting high-profile attractions worldwide, including the world’s most visited theme park in Orlando, accesso Horizon offers venues across the globe enhanced flexibility and functionality.

LoQueue's virtual queuing system transforms the guest experience by reducing physical lines, increasing ride capacity, and boosting revenue.

Since 2021, our integrated solutions have helped over 19 million guests save more than 1.7 billion minutes on over 60 million rides, generating over $2 billion in extra revenue for venue operators.

Operators can now seamlessly integrate virtual queuing into their mobile apps using the LoQueue API. Guests remain within the branded environment while joining queues, receiving updates, and exploring attractions.

The API offers scalable, secure, and customizable solutions suitable for complex operations.

“accesso serves a wide range of venues and markets, and our technology connects the moments that matter for guests and operators," says Steve Brown, CEO.

"As our ecosystem continues to expand, we’re seeing clients redefine what’s possible, delivering seamless, elevated guest experiences while driving stronger revenue through the connected Accesso experience,”

IAAPA attendees will observe an updated accesso logo and colour scheme, highlighting the firm's emphasis on clarity, connection, and innovation. At the same time, it remains committed to providing the support and proven performance that operators depend on.
