Detroit Zoological Society (DZS) seeks construction management services for Tiger Forest Habitat

The Detroit Zoological Society (DZS) has issued an RFQ in relation to construction management services for the Zoo’s expansion of the Tiger Forest Habitat.

The DZS requires a potential contractor to have experience of managing capital projects, and “have the ability to expand the existing Tiger Habitat, based on design concepts, within the timeframe provided by the DZS”.  In addition there must be “a commitment to sustainability and utilize efforts to incorporate green technology and methods whenever possible”.

Deadline for submissions is August 21, 2017 at 4:30 p.m.
