Brogent Technologies Inc., a leading manufacturer of media-based attractions, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Flyover Attractions (Flyover) from Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality, Inc. for approximately $78.4 million.
Leading immersive flying theatre attraction brand Flyover has operations in Vancouver, Iceland, Las Vegas, and Chicago.
The transaction is expected to close this spring, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
Supporting immersive attractions worldwide
This acquisition marks a strategic step in Brogent’s long-term development, broadening its expertise from ride system engineering to a more integrated, immersive solution provider.
By bringing together Brogent’s technology platform and Flyover’s expertise in creativity, operations, and visitor experience, the transaction promotes a more aligned approach to the development, deployment, and long-term operations of attractions.
Brogent has delivered over 100 media-based attraction solutions in 20+ countries, working with operators in theme parks, cultural destinations, and location-based entertainment (LBE) venues across the globe.
Having welcomed more than nine million visitors to date, Flyover is renowned for its immersive storytelling, outstanding operations, and standout guest experiences.

Chih-Hung Ouyang, chairman and chief executive officer of Brogent Technologies, says: "Flyover has established a strong global brand by delivering compelling and consistently high-quality flying theater experiences.
"This transaction brings together complementary strengths across technology, creative development, and operations, and positions Brogent to support the continued growth of immersive attractions on a global scale."
After the transaction closes, Flyover is expected to maintain its current leadership team and operational structure, ensuring continuity for visitors, partners, and employees.
As immersive entertainment increasingly intersects with tourism, culture, and technology, Brogent believes this acquisition will strengthen its capacity to support attraction operators globally with scalable, robust, and experience-focused solutions.
Earlier this month, Brogent celebrated the launch of Flying Over Saudi, the Middle East's largest flying theatre attraction. The project in Riyadh opened on 24 December 2025 and sets a new benchmark for large-scale, high-end flying theatre experiences.
