Corey Timpson and Sina Bahram

Joint Principals

Prime Access Consulting, Inc.

Corey Timpson and Sina Bahram are the joint principals of Prime Access Consulting, Inc. (PAC), an inclusive design and accessibility specialist.

The company works with a broad range of organisations, from museums to experiences, to deliver projects that are not only accessible but also innovative, enjoyable for visitors, and scalable and sustainable for operators.

This work is rooted in an environmental/social model of disability, which recognises that our environments are disabling, not people being disabled.

Bahram is an acclaimed expert in human-computer interaction (HCI) and user experience (UX), focusing on how people with disabilities use such interfaces.

He was named a White House Champion of Change by Barack Obama. Other accolades include serving as an invited expert on the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Accessible Rich Internet Applications working group, and as an ambassador for Mission: Astro Access, which aims to make space and space travel accessible to all.

In 2022, Bahram was named as one of the two inaugural Catalyst Thea award recipients by the Themed Entertainment Association.

Timpson is a thought leader in inclusive design, digital media, and experience design within the cultural and themed entertainment industries. He helps create inclusive, rich, and meaningful experiences between and among audiences.

Timpson previously served at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights as VP of exhibitions, research, and design, and project director for the museum’s design-build.

He has received more than 30 international awards in environmental, exhibition, and graphic design; digital and interactive media; digital systems; film and linear media; and universal design.

Additionally, Timpson sits on the advisory board of Europe’s Best in Heritage, is a member of the SEGD Exhibitions Accessibility PPG, and a board member of the Portrait Gallery of Canada.

He is also a writer, lecturer, and presenter, and each year contributes to several publications, university programmes, and events.
