One element of Great Coasters International that sets the company apart from its competitors is their stellar customer service - part of which includes maintaining and servicing wooden coasters from other manufacturers! The entire journey, from initial concept design to ongoing care and support, is taken together with Great Coasters to ensure that their projects continue to deliver on every front. Another classic aspect of Great Coasters' work is in the distinctive twisted layouts, curved drops, and perceived high speeds. With more than 30 coasters installed around the world, it is no wonder that many guests see the rides as truly iconic.
While the trademark twisted coasters are considered to be Great Coasters' main offering, the company also designs duelling coasters, one of which (Lightning Racer) can be seen at Hersheypark.
Yet another stand-apart feature of Great Coasters is their in-house Millennium Flyer trains. The trains are cushioned, accommodating of rider heights and sizes, customised with ride logos, and styled similarly to fit with traditional roller coaster-car designs. In 2018, they revealed a new train design, the Infinity Flyer, which is capable of inversions and other exciting innovations.
