On The Stage

The ticketing, marketing, and revenue engine built for visitor attractions and location-based entertainment.

On The Stage (OTS) is a full-stack ticketing, marketing, and venue management platform that gives visitor attractions and location-based entertainment operators the tools to sell tickets, promote events, manage customers, and improve business results from a single platform.

Purpose-built for the realities of live entertainment operators, OTS offers mobile-first, white-labeled online ticketing with one-click Apple Pay and Google Pay checkout that’s proven to increase conversion rates and boost order values.

Time-based entry, dynamic pricing, real-time capacity management, VIP group sales, and flexible ticketing options unlock streamlined event management, efficient marketing, and increased attendance rates.

Dynamic offers, upgrades, and add-ons increase order values while augmenting the customer experience, and distribution via 60+ OTAs help to reach new audiences.

Native audience segmentation leverages operators’ first-party data to maximize ROAS, improve customer return rates, and reduce customer acquisition costs, and integrations with leading CRM platforms unlock advanced marketing flows using OTS first-party segments.

Party Pass collects contact information and pre-event waivers for every attendee in a group sale, helping to grow first-party contact lists while speeding up check-ins.

Always-on automated marketing flows automatically deliver the right message to the right customers at the right time, leading to increased sales, higher customer retention rates, and a higher lifetime value for customers. Real-time dashboards showcase sales, revenue, conversion, and funnel performance, and OTS account teams provide hands-on continuous optimization support to improve sales flows and improve business outcomes.

While OTS began as a solution to support performing arts organizations and educators, it has intentionally expanded to address the unique needs of the visitor attractions market. Thousands of organizations run on the platform today, ranging from single-venue operators to multi-site attractions with high-volume, timed-entry programming.

From large-scale location-based entertainment operators to museums, science centers, zoos, aquariums, water parks, and theme parks, OTS is built to deliver results for any operator that offers ticketed, timed-entry experiences.

The proof: when PATH Entertainment Group, producer of Monopoly Lifesized and The Paddington Bear Experience, needed a ticketing solution built for high-volume immersive attractions, they moved to OTS and saw conversion rates increase by 95% over their previous platform, with continued optimization driving further gains of up to 312% within the first 12 weeks. "Whereas other platforms try to retrofit their platforms to support our business, On The Stage was the only solution that seemed built for time-based entry and location-based entertainment and also focused on the customer journey," says David Hutchinson, CEO of PATH Entertainment Group.

Drop The Spoon

Drop The Spoon

Video content creation studio for live entertainment. We are emotion designers.

Drop The Spoon is an international video content studio based in Belgium. The company creates video content and projection mapping for live entertainment worldwide, across concerts, touring productions, corporate events, museography and architectural installations. The studio forged its spoon in theatre and live performance, and that is what sets it apart: video belongs inside the performance, part of the show's rhythm and physical space.

BRINGING EMOTIONS INTO IMAGES

Drop The Spoon was founded in 2015 by Patrick Neys and Jean-Luc Gason. Both had spent over fifteen years on major live productions, working alongside Franco Dragone on shows like CélineDion's A New Day, Le Rêve, The House of Dancing Water, The Han Show, Paris Merveilles and La Perle. That experience taught them to treat video as a living part of the performance, not as scenery on a wall. They founded Drop The Spoon to take that idea further. Ten years later, the studio has built projects across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America. From Bastogneto Bruno Mars, every show is another spoon dropped.

The ideas move fast

Drop The Spoon stays involved from creative concept through to final show, working alongside directors, lighting designers, choreographers and stage engineers. Content is built in relation to the space, the sound, the performers and the physical elements of the production, whether that means water, ice, architecture or a 360-degree stage. The studio's method comes straight from the theatre. Directors need to see propositions before they commit to an idea, so the team prototypes and fine-tunes on site, during rehearsals. Content evolves in real time until it fits. A mapping on a cathedral or a product launch on a custom stage,

Case Studies

Montana Heritage Center

Our work at the Montana Heritage Center spans centuries of state history, bringing visitors face to face with compelling figures who call Montana home. Among the highlight experiences is the Mineshaft, an immersive “ride” experience complete with a motion platform, fully immersive media, sound, lighting, and scenic elements. Visitors step into the cage of a mining elevator and plunge deep into the Earth. Combining animation with digitally-enhanced archival mining footage from 1925, the displays transport people into the mines and into the lives of miners. Reinventing the use of archival imagery, the Mineshaft exhibit brings a bespoke piece of themed entertainment to the history museum space.

Ruckus!, Old South Meeting House

Setting a new standard for heritage tourism, our immersive show Ruckus! transforms a historic structure into a time machine. Located along Boston’s highly trafficked Freedom Trail, this 27-minute animated production at the Old South Meeting House is a history of the pivotal events of the American Revolution in Boston. Animated figures take over the walls of this National Historic Landmark, using projection mapping, transparent OLED screens, dramatic lighting, and surround sound to immerse visitors in this narrative while preserving the space’s original architecture. We love starting from a place of authenticity – drawing from historic objects, stories, buildings, and people – to create memorable, immersive experiences that become tourism highlights for both locals and visitors.
