Holovis, a leading experience designer, has revealed ambitious plans to grow its worldwide team, anticipating the creation of over 40 new positions across the company.
The recruitment campaign occurs after a surge in growth for the systems integration specialist, driven by rising demand for complex technology and experiences at attractions and entertainment venues worldwide.
Holovis will expand its existing teams in the UK, USA, Middle East, and Asia, while also seeking new talent in three additional cities: Manchester, Bristol, and Austin, Texas.
The company is first establishing remote roles in these new areas, allowing specialists to work with Holovis on large international projects without needing to move to its current operational centres.
The expansion is part of a broader investment in the people and technical skills Holovis considers essential for supporting the upcoming generation of attractions and immersive experiences.
Investing ahead of demand
Jon Tozer, VP of strategy at Holovis, says: “It’s an incredibly exciting time to join Holovis. We’re growing across the business, expanding into new markets and creating opportunities for people to work on some of the most ambitious projects in the industry.
“We don’t want to be a reactive supplier that only begins recruiting once a project has been awarded. Our approach is to invest ahead of demand, building the capacity, skills and expertise needed to support our clients from day one."

“As we grow, we want to bring together people with different skills, experiences and professional backgrounds. That means recruiting established attractions specialists, while also looking to sectors such as aerospace, automotive, software, manufacturing and live events.
“By building that breadth of expertise now, we can give clients and owners confidence that Holovis is ready to take on more, deliver increasingly complex experiences and remain one of the industry’s most trusted partners.”
Holovis has been providing technology integration for themed entertainment, attractions, and immersive experiences worldwide for nearly 25 years.
At the recent Thea Awards, Holovis was named as a project partner on all four of Universal Epic Universe’s winning experiences: Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment, Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, and Universal Epic Universe.

The company's clients include Universal Destinations & Experiences, Disney, Netflix and Norwegian Cruise Line, along with major operators, developers and entertainment brands worldwide.
Recent high-profile work includes Netflix’s Squid Game: Survive the Trials at Netflix House. Meanwhile, in London, Holovis technology is now a permanent part of The Venue at Piccadilly Lights.
The company also installed the world’s largest LED screen at a themed attraction at SeaWorld Yas Island in Abu Dhabi and provided an interactive media solution for Jason Derulo’s recent world tour.
