Michael Keller Zehnder
Michael Keller Zehnder is President, Board Member, and 4th Generation Owner of Bavarian Inn Holdings, Inc., a family-owned hospitality, tourism and attractions enterprise based in Frankenmuth, Michigan.
Having grown up in the business, Michael brings decades of hands-on operational experience to his leadership of the company and has played a key role in its continued growth and evolution. His work spans destination resorts, waterparks, family entertainment, retail, events, food and beverage, and nationally branded hotel properties.
Michael has led significant capital investment and redevelopment initiatives focused on creating memorable guest experiences and ensuring the continued relevance of legacy destination assets. Most recently, he helped spearhead the major expansion of the Bavarian Inn Lodge, including its new Bavarian Blast Waterpark and expanded family entertainment offerings.
A graduate of Michigan State University in Commercial Recreation and Tourism, Michael is passionate about innovation, experiential hospitality and developing attractions that bring families and communities together. He also serves on a variety of civic, economic development and industry boards and organisations.
