The new Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science in Miamihasannounced its opening date.
The $305 million museum will open on May 8th and expects to welcome 700,000 visitors a year.The museum spans four acres and includesfour interconnected buildings that will showcase a series of interactive exhibits and highly sustainable, technologically advanced aquaria and terraria.
The highlights of the museum include a three-level aquarium, and a cutting-edge planetarium.
