Gateway Ticketing Systems, the world leader in admission control and ticketing software for the attraction and amusement industries, has announced its 2014 User Group Meeting.
Gateway’s annual User Group Meeting will be hosted by The Denver Museum of Nature and Science (DMNS) at the Denver Grand Hyatt in downtown Denver from August 11-14, 2014.
The User Group Meeting is a high point of the year for Gateway staff, presenting a valuable opportunity to focus on customer relationships and gather important feedback from users.
Gateway Marketing Manager and UGM organizer, Tricia Szurgot , said, “We’re thrilled to have The Denver Museum of Nature and Science host this year’s meeting. Gateway’s User Group Meetings allows users to learn how to optimise their investment in Galaxy through presentations, training sessions, interactive panels and networking. New enhancements to Galaxy will be reviewed and customers from all sizes of venues across all industries will leave the meeting with new ideas that they can implement to maximise efficiency and revenue.
