Las Vegas is getting a new attraction, with the Punk Rock Museum opening its exhibits, bar, tattoo shop and wedding chapel on 13 January 2023.

According to a release on the Punk Rock Museum‘s website, the venue was built and will be run by “the very people who lived, breathed, and created the history that is on display”.

“Punk rock is arguably the most significant style of music,” the statement says. “This isn’t just for punk bands that have made a big impact or sold a lot of records.

“This is for every punk band that has ever been on a flyer, played in a basement, or recorded a demo tape. This is an all-inclusive museum dedicated to Punk Rock for punks and looky-loos alike!”

Daily tours by punk rock musicians

The new museum has a wall of ‘Insignificant and Unknown Bands’, and the ‘Jam Room’ lets guests play guitars used by bands such as Pennywise, Rise Against, NOFS and Sick of it All.

The 12,000-square-foot attraction, located next to the Little Darlings strip club, will also display the leather jackets worn by Iron Cross, The Casualties and Rancid.

There will be daily tours held by musicians such as Casey Royer (DI), Roger Miret (Agnostic Front), Eric Melvin (NOFX), Louich Mayorga (Suicidal Tendencies), Stacey Dee (Bad Cop/Bad Cop) and Angelo Moore (Fishbone).

In addition, the venue features a bar, tattoo parlor, and wedding chapel. The museum said guests can get a tattoo from Pennywise guitarist Fletcher Dragge and get married by Jack Grisham or El Hefe.

The museum was initially conceived by NOFX frontman Fat Mike. Its exhibits will represent every decade of punk rock.

Meanwhile, British-born social darts brand Flight Club is coming to Vegas with its largest venue to date. In addition, an It-themed escape room experience is opening in the city.
