Two free sessions will give insights for attractions operators

The Access Group, the creator of a leading visitor and venue management system, is hosting its second Access All Areas digital conference of 2021 in October, following the success of the previous event in March.

The event takes place from 4 – 15 October 2021, with two sessions dedicated to the visitor attractions sector scheduled for 7 October. These sessions are free to attend and will help visitor attractions operators who are looking to gain insights into new technologies and innovations, in order to continue delivering an outstanding visitor experience.

The digital conference will be an opportunity to enjoy engaging discussions with industry-leading speakers, and to learn how The Access Group’s suite of software can support visitor attractions.

Discover how Access Gamma can help

On 7 October from 10.00 – 10.45 am, attendees can join The Access Group in conversation with Yasmina Khan, Sales and Membership Manager at the Glasgow Science Centre. Khan will discuss how this popular attraction uses Access Gamma to manage the venue, as well as exploring how the solution successfully sits at the core of its operations. She will also talk about how Access is supporting the science centre’s plans for the future.

In addition to this, at 11.00 am on 7 October, attendees can also benefit from a 15-minute overview of the solution in the Access Gamma: Product Bitesize session.

Access Gamma currently helps to drive sales, reduce costs and improve the experience for over 47 million visitors every year and is trusted by some of the UK’s biggest visitor attractions. This session will highlight its core features.
