TopTix is celebrating a successful first season as ticketing and CRM software provider to the College Football Hall of Fame (CFBHALL).
The CFBHALL occupies close to 95, 000ft² in the heart of Atlanta's sports, entertainment and tourism district and blends historic college football artefacts and state-of-the-art, interactive multimedia exhibits. When the attraction moved to its new home in Atlanta last year, the management were keen to enhance the guest experience with the latest in digital and RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology.
TopTix’ SRO4 platform was chosen for its ability to handle the attraction’s considerable software integration, data management and reporting requirements.
“We serve a diverse customer base, and with such a customised experience we needed a system that would provide both flexibility and speed, ” explained John Christie, the Hall’s Chief Operating Officer.
SRO (Standing Room Only) is TopTix’ flagship platform and supports over 500 institutions, processing 80 million tickets a year.
Brian Stallings, President of TopTix, USA, led the technology planning: “It was so much fun to work with the College Football Hall of Fame. The integration with StarkRFID service is a good demonstration of our SRO4 functionality– integrating with third party software and centralising all customer information into one user record.”
Adds Christie: “We couldn’t be happier with how TopTix and SRO4 have delivered, and have now become integral to helping us fulfil our business and customer service goals.”
