TopTix provides SRO ticketing CRM and marketing platform to Arkansas Arts Center

Leading ticketing and CRM software solutions provider, TopTix, is providing its SRO platform to the Arkansas Arts Center.

SRO is the company’s flagship web delivered software and API-based system for ticketing, CRM and marketing.

Arkansas Arts Center chose the TopTix solution as they were keen to consolidate its cross-departmental functions onto one system. These include box office and online ticketing, membership management, marketing and fundraising.

“We selected SRO to help us streamline the onsite and online process for patrons, allowing them to more easily identify and engage with the numerous and ever changing activities and programs offered here at the Arts Center,” explains Laine Harber, Deputy Director of Operations/CFO.

The centre is a major hub for exhibitions, children’s theatre performances, workshops, and lectures. It also delivers over 100 children’s educational classes every quarter.

Coordinating such a breadth of offerings presents a number of complex operational challenges, which is why they turned to TopTix.

“We challenged our implementation team with an accelerated timeline,” says Angel Galloway, Director of Marketing & Communications at the Arkansas Arts Center.

“I’m pleased with how SRO is performing so far and couldn’t be more impressed with the support we’ve received from everyone at TopTix.”

Initial implementation of SRO in the box office has already made a positive impact. The Arts Center generated data for over 8,000 patron records from its most recent non-paid exhibition, representing 40 different states from visits to a single exhibit. The ability to understand visitor behaviours is already informing staff’s ability to manage resources and facilitate strategic planning discussions with tourism and funding partners.

“The team’s commitment to making the experience simpler and easier for their patrons was clear throughout the implementation process,” adds Katie Dewey, Director of Implementations at TopTix.
