Connect&GO releases new ebook to solve tech pain points for FECs

Connect&GO, a leader in guest experience engineering and wearable RFID technology for events and attractions has announced the release of a new ebook, designed to help family entertainment centres to solve three common pain points with next-generation technology.

The company helps operators across the globe to step into the future of attractions management technology. The new ebook, entitled New year, new you:  solving 3 common pain points at your FEC, explores how these attractions can solve three key pain points with the Connect&GO solution. These are long lines at ticket counters, outdated processes and a lack of repeat visitors.

Tech should make operations easier

Connect&GO believes that the technology that FECs use should make daily operations easier and allow for revenue growth. For those operators who feel as if legacy technology is holding their FEC back, the Connect&GO team also offers a personalised demo.

“When COVID hit, our existing POS could not offer us the flexibility we needed to adapt our operations to the guidelines the government was imposing on our industry,” says Angelina Miconiatis, director at Méga Parc.
