TicketSpice, an end-to-end online and on-site ticketing platform, has been chosen to power admissions for all eight Enchanted Parks locations as part of a best-in-class guest experience ecosystem.
The announcement follows the recent $330 million sale of Six Flags properties, in which six parks were acquired by Enchanted Parks.
Ethan Kastello, senior account executive–parks and attractions at TicketSpice, says: "Enchanted Parks is creating a guest-centric experience powered by top-tier platforms.
"These are incredible parks with visionary leadership. Ticketspice is excited to provide the admissions engine."
James Harhi, CEO, Enchanted Parks, says: "At Enchanted Parks, we chose TicketSpice because it makes ticketing simple for both our team and our guests.
"The platform is incredibly easy to use, our attendees get great support, and the TicketSpice staff are knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in our success.
"It’s a partnership we trust to deliver a smooth, reliable guest experience every time."
Developed for large-scale attractions
Designed to support the operational demands of large-scale parks and attractions, TicketSpice helps manage admissions, ticket distribution, and visitor entry at high-volume locations.
The platform is optimised for ease of conversion and supports dynamic pricing, smart logic, date- and time-based ticketing, mobile purchasing, and multi-channel distribution.
With this connected admissions system, operators can manage daily admissions, seasonal events, memberships, and bundled experiences.
TicketSpice also offers guest support via chat, email, and phone, assisting both attraction operators and visitors throughout their purchasing experience.

Integrated technology stack
At Enchanted Parks, its deployment aims to foster both operational versatility and a more streamlined purchasing experience for visitors.
TicketSpice will integrate with the Vantage platform, joining a broader ecosystem that includes Zucchetti and VersioPay.
"We’re confident this technology stack will set a new standard for our industry," says Harhi.
With this connected ecosystem, Enchanted Parks will benefit from enhanced visibility, smoother workflows, and improved coordination in decision-making across teams.
Aaron Mendelson, SVP, Vantage, says: "Ticketspice offers a unique ability to provide flexibility, customization, and drive conversions at a very high rate. We are excited to work with them at Enchanted Parks."
As amusement parks, water parks, and attractions increasingly implement integrated technology platforms, versatile ticketing is emerging as a crucial element in how parks operate and expand.
With this integrated approach, the deployment also demonstrates the sector's evolving, collaborative nature, in which the right technology partners work together to deliver better experiences for both operators and visitors.
"I couldn’t be more thrilled to work with the leadership at Enchanted Parks and our technology partners to produce an industry-leading guest experience," says Kastello.
"Great partners produce great results, and that is what we are doing."
As the attractions landscape continues to evolve, TicketSpice adapts to park operations, providing teams with control over admissions, pricing, and guest flow, while avoiding unnecessary complexity.
