Semnox Solutions, a technology provider for the entertainment and amusement industry, has teamed up with Funzy Playground, a new indoor family entertainment venue inside Arena Mall in Bacău, Romania.
Funzy Playground sought a technology platform capable of supporting arcade operations, managing children's play on trampolines, slides, and interactive zones, handling access control, and enabling future business growth through a centralised system.
Semnox’s Parafait platform supports 85 arcade games using BEAM cashless game readers, enabling guests to experience smooth RFID-based gameplay across the facility.
The setup also features time-based billing for the kids' play zone, along with automated access-control gates and RFID-enabled guest tracking.

Parafait’s time management features automatically monitor purchased playtime via RFID wristbands and tags, enhancing operational efficiency, guest flow, and safety. Parent details are securely connected to each child’s RFID profile, providing better oversight and management.
