Embed Round1 fun day

Embed, a leading worldwide supplier of point-of-sale and revenue management systems, teamed up with Round1 Grapevine to host a fun day for children from the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant Country in Texas, US, a non-profit organisation.

Embed is pleased to announce that it recently held a fun day in partnership with Round1 Grapevine, aimed at children from the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County, a non-profit organisation based in Texas. This organisation caters to more than 23,000 young people each year, providing programmes to foster academic success, healthy lifestyles and positive citizenship.

The “Fuel Your Fun Day” took place on 6 January 2020. 100 children enjoyed unlimed gameplay, bowling and karaoke, as well as food, goodie bags and giveaways. Attendees came from all parts of the local community.

Giving back

“When we have corporations come to us and say, “We want to do something for your kids,” it makes us happy because that’s why we’re here. Opportunities, where we can take our kids to events and expose them to fun and reward them with something really exciting, is great for them. I’m so excited that they get to go have fun and be rewarded for great grades and making good choices,” says Daphne Barlow Stigliano, CEO, Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County.

Round1 Grapevine is one of several Round1 Bowling and Entertainment venues that work with Embed. It provides fun for the whole family, with entertaining activities such as bowling, games and karaoke, alongside food and drink.

“We’re always excited to host big events. It’s very important for Round1 to be a part of our community and do what we can to help propel Grapevine forward” says Joseph Nguyen, General Manager, Round1 Grapevine.

Embed was pleased to be able to give something back to the community, demonstrating its commitment to putting people at the heart of its business.

“Fostering initiatives that support the health of our communities, like partnering with Round1 to host an all-inclusive afternoon of fun for the students from the Boys and Girls Club, a worthy cause that’s near and dear to our heart. We are committed to excellence in all areas of our work,” says Sara Paz, Chief Marketing Officer, Solutions Group.

Embed also fuelled a day of fun for children at Senses Residential and Day Care Centre in Dubai, a non-profit centre that provides 24-hour support for children with special needs and caters to over 120 students.
