Competition is ramping up in Canada’s family entertainment space. Cineplex is looking to take a big chunk of the market with it’s The Rec Room and Playdium brands, which target 22-37-year-olds and teens respectively.
Both brands have new locations in development and Cineplex is planning to open 10-15 new sites of each across Canada in the coming years.
