IAAPA opens registration for IAAPA FEC Summit 2022

IAAPA, the global association for the attractions industry, has announced more information ahead of next year’s IAAPA FEC Summit, which will take place at the We-Ko-Pa Resort and Conference Center in Fort McDowell, Arizona, from 23 – 25 January 2022. Registration is now open for the three-day event, which will bring together FEC industry owners and operators from across the sector.

Until 30 November 2021, IAAPA members can take advantage of an exclusive discount rate, with tickets priced at $599. For non-members, the rate is $999.

Meet peers and learn what’s new

The in-person event will be a key opportunity for those within the industry to meet and learn about the latest developments as well as sharing ideas and best practices. The agenda will feature a range of education sessions and networking events. Attendees will also be able to connect with their peers and explore popular attractions in the local area.

Meanwhile, attractions industry professionals around the world are preparing to meet in person once more at IAAPA Expo Europe, which takes place in Barcelona from 27 – 30 September 2021, and features a full schedule of educational sessions and networking events, as well as a large trade show floor. The event will operate with COVID health and safety protocols in place

This year’s conference programme at IAAPA Expo Europe includes nearly 20 EDUSessions led by industry experts, covering topics such as TikTok, dark rides, digital staff recruitment and training, diversity, cashless solutions and more.

Earlier this month, IAAPA also announced that Patrick Haller has joined the organisation as vice president of global marketing, communications, and membership. In this role, the association veteran will lead IAAPA’s strategy for global marketing, communications and membership, as well as planning its implementation.
