Plans for a new integrated island resortat Jumeirah Beach, near Burj Al Arab,have been announced, featuring an MGM branded hotel.
The 26-acre prime beachfrontsitewill be developed and managed by wasl Asset Management in partnership with MGM Resorts International. Work isplanned to begin in late 2017 and to complete in 2021.The project will include an MGM Hotel, MGM Residences and a 1000 room Bellagio-branded hotel which will also include apartments, 10 villas, restaurants, cafés and a 800 seat theatre.
At the centre of the island will be the Dubai Safeer - a 110-metre tower. A 124,000 sq ft ‘Cave of Wonders’ will offer sport and games entertainment for children and their families.
