Sindrax Technology, a leader in interactive multimedia products for children, recently attended the Asia Amusement & Attractions Expo (AAA) which took place at the China Import & Export Fair Complex from 10 – 12 May.

Here, the team hosted a busy booth where they showcased a range of popular products, such as Magic Brush, Magic Wall, Kids STEM Lab, Fantasy Zone. Three new products, Role-play Carnival, Space Sports Game and GOGO STAR, were also on show and received positive feedback from attendees.

GOGO STAR is a new AI-based interactive projection system for children aged 3 to 8 years old, designed to encourage parents and kids to play together at home during the pandemic. The game was created to inspire an interest in physical activity, in order to provide both physical and social-emotional benefits.

Meanwhile, Space Sports is an interactive multimedia sports game solution that features interactive games for a variety of sports spaces. This combines real sports with technology for a more engaging and immersive experience. The solution is based on Intel’s end-to-end IoT overall solution which has a strong background management capabilities that can easily manage the devices, content and data of each scene.

The final new product on show, Role-play Carnival, is a digital entertainment product that uses multi-screen interactive technology. Children can interact on the touch screen while tasks are displayed on a large screen. It allows players to experience an immersive role-play experience.

To date, Sindrax has provided interactive multimedia systems to more than 3000 locations in over 50 countries worldwide. Their unique combination of technology and soft play has proved very popular and makes play more immersive.

Despite the pandemic, AAA 2021 was well attended, although the majority of visitors were Chinese. This is most likely due to the ongoing travel and quarantine restrictions. Many operators are increasing their focus on delivering safe visitor experiences, with solutions such as self-service kiosks, better sanitization equipment, visitor reservation systems and contactless game solutions on show at the expo.

The Sindrax team, as well as many others, have made use of the lockdown to develop new products. For instance, Ludaoshe, a builder of creative metal sculptures, debuted a huge mechanical white tiger statue at AAA 2021.

“Looking at this dynamic crowd on the show floor, we can see that the amusement market is really coming back, and AAA 2021 has been an excellent launching pad for our new product after the pandemic,” said a statement from Ludaoshe.

Sindrax previously spoke to blooloop about the effects of lighting in FEC design on children’s eye development.
