Authentic costumes, props, and more

Marvel: The Exhibition - Universe of Super Heroes features over 200 artefacts, including authentic costumes, props, and original artwork from the 1940s to today, highlighting the impact of Super Heroes on worldwide pop culture.

It uncovers stories behind characters like Captain America and Captain Marvel. Visitors can explore the hidden mirror dimension from Doctor Strange or snap photos with life-sized figures of Black Panther, Spider-Man, or Hulk.

Among the many highlights of the exhibition are original costumes worn in iconic Marvel films, including the suit from Iron Man 2 (2010), Kamala Khan’s outfit from Ms. Marvel (2022), and the Black Panther costume from the 2018 blockbuster.

Visitors will also find authentic film props from Marvel Studios, such as Thor’s legendary hammer Mjölnir featured in Thor: Love and Thunder (2023), Captain America’s shield as seen in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (2021), and the infamous Infinity Gauntlet wielded by Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War (2018).

Adding to these cinematic treasures is a piece of Marvel history: an original issue of Marvel Comics #1, which was published in 1939.

Semmel Exhibitions is also celebrating the ongoing success of Tutankhamun: His Tomb and His Treasures – An Immersive Adventure. After a remarkable run in Prague, Czech Republic, and continued success at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, USA, the exhibition has now opened new units in Cologne, Germany, and Bratislava, Slovakia.
