The tech firm will continue to improve the guest experience at five attractions

accesso Technology Group PLC, a leading technology provider, has announced an agreement extension with a major Australian theme park operator.

The agreement with Village Roadshow Theme Parks (VRTP) sees the organisation continue to use accesso ticketing, virtual queuing, guest experience management and distribution technologies at Australian Outback Spectacular, Paradise Country, Sea World Australia, Warner Bros. Movie World and Wet’n’Wild Gold Coast until at least 2027, with the option to extend the deal for an additional two years.

Gold Coast-headquartered VRTP is currently Australia’s largest theme park operator, welcoming millions of guests annually to enjoy its portfolio of rollercoasters, animal encounters and dinner show productions.

Driving operational results

VRTP has leveraged the end-to-end suite of accesso technologies since 2018, assisting the company to deliver a reimagined, contactless experience for its guests, both on- and off-site.

In particular, the operator uses the accesso Passport ticketing, accesso LoQueue suite of virtual queuing solutions, accesso’s guest experience management platform and accesso ticketing distribution platform.
