CONDUCTR appoints Adrian Jones as managing director of US operations

News
Adrian Jones Joins CONDUCTR.

CONDUCTR, the UK-based innovation studio, has announced the appointment of Adrian Jones as managing director of US operations. Based in Orlando, Jones will be responsible for leading the company’s strategic expansion, partnerships, and technological innovation in North America.

Jones has extensive experience in themed entertainment, immersive technology, and attractions, having held key leadership roles at Merlin Entertainments and Artechouse. His expertise in creating guest experiences that blend technology with storytelling positions him perfectly to further CONDUCTR’s vision in the US.

A pivotal moment for the company

“I’m thrilled to be joining CONDUCTR at such a pivotal moment for the company,” says Jones. “The way technology is transforming social experiences is truly exciting, and CONDUCTR is at the forefront of this movement. My focus will be on growing our partnerships, refining our US strategy, and ensuring we continue delivering world-class immersive experiences.”

Peter Cliff, CEO and co-founder of CONDUCTR, highlighted the significance of this expansion: “The U.S. market for immersive entertainment is growing fast, and there’s a massive opportunity for innovation. Audiences are looking for experiences that bring people together in new and exciting ways. With Adrian’s leadership and deep industry knowledge, we’re in the perfect position to scale our impact, strengthen key partnerships, and redefine what’s possible in the U.S. market.”

By concentrating on social-first technology, CONDUCTR is expanding its influence across hospitality, attractions, cruise lines, and branded experiences. Jones’ appointment reflects the company’s commitment to bolstering its presence in the US and innovating in interactive entertainment.

Last year, CONDUCTR announced the appointment of a new board with a focus on play. This new approach is set to drive the firm’s R&D strategy and major changes to its processes, providing accurate market research across key demographics. The goal of the new board, which is made up of members ages 4 to 9, is to transform meetings into little adventures, strategies into sandpit sessions, and proposals into play.
