SaaS company to present technology seminars and officially launch new UK office

Convious, a leading eCommerce platform for the leisure industry, has confirmed it is looking forward to showcasing its technology at an upcoming conference.

The 2021 Family Attraction Expo, which is taking place 10 – 11 November at the NEC Birmingham, will welcome over 6,000 visitors, travelling to participate in seminars and networking opportunities from across various sectors of the family attraction industry.

The technology company will be available during the expo to showcase how its services can make a positive impact on the British experience economy. Its digital platform, which can feature dynamic pricing, crowd control, mobile food ordering, and several other features, has been designed to increase revenue, conversion rates and improve guest satisfaction.

Convious has also recently announced the recent opening of its UK headquarters. The new London location will allow the SaaS company to deliver its innovative digital technology to a wider range of visitor attractions and experiences in the United Kingdom.

The new office launch will allow Convious to provide UK customers with an improved service offering whilst delivering cutting-edge products into the market, in the same way European mainland customers have benefited for a number of years.

Convious will be revealing more details about its UK launch from Stand 2281.

Leading discussions

Convious will also be hosting two 30-minute talks at the expo’s Seminar Theatre 13.

Led by Andy Povey, “The evolution of the ticketing system,” will take place on 10 November at 2 pm, while the second session, “Practical application of dynamic pricing and the power of data” will be given by Convious’ COO Adriaan Van Der Hek on 11 November, starting 1.15 pm.

Adam Thompson, Convious’ UK business director says “At Convious, our technology has benefitted wellness centres, theme parks, zoos, and other attractions across the European continent for many years.

“The launch of our new UK headquarters reinforces our commitment to the experience economy in the UK and we look forward to engaging with our customers in the country face-to-face – both at the office and, before then, at the Family Attraction Expo taking place later this month.”

Prospective customers who would like to find out more about the benefits of Convious’ digital services can visit Stand 2281 at the 2021 Family Attraction Expo. Alternatively, meetings can be arranged for the new UK office, based at 4-4a Bloomsbury Square, London, WC1A 2RP.

Earlier this year, Convious’ Bernard Kochen explained how its digital platform had helped Looping Group theme parks to operate and adapt after a pandemic.
