Embed, a leading worldwide supplier of point-of-sale and revenue management systems, is getting ready to share its design innovations at two of the biggest amusement industry events of the year.
Following positive feedback and the resulting conversion of new clients at IAAPA Expo 2021, the technology firm will be at Amusement Expo in Las Vegas, US on 16-17 March, and DEAL 2022 in Dubai, UAE on 28-30 March.
Embed has been a technology supplier for the amusement, entertainment, and leisure industries since 2001, seeing increased interest from FECs looking to innovate following the COVID-19 pandemic.

Gaming technology
The Embed team will lead the show with demos of its innovative new KIOSK+ and Mobile Wallet products. TOOLKIT, the integrated cloud-based software solution and the smartTOUCH arcade debit game card reader will also be available for demonstrations.
In addition, be the full range of Embed wearables and game cards featured at the company’s trade show “Bling Bar” for attendees.
Another recent innovation from Embed, the Breakaway Game Card will also be on display. Through the combination of traditional game cards and wearable media, customers can easily snap off a removable section of the game card and wear it on a band with a reusable toggle.
Chief Supply Chain Officer at Embed, Rob Thompson says “Traditional game cards carve a cult following for FECs and wearable media bring an extra layer of convenience, so why not have both on your wrist? Breakaway game cards can also ease up inventory management at the operator level.”
Delivering the “FEC of the future”
FECs currently utilising non-Embed systems can make the switch at either event with what the company calls “an unbeatable deal”. Embed CEO Renee Welsh and CMO Sara Paz will partake in the DEAL 2022 Show.
Welsh details the impact KIOSK+ can have for operators: “Embed aims to enable, empower, and ease the business of fun, transforming it with our technology innovation. We have a clear vision of the FEC of the future, and KIOSK+ is a product that will transform what FECs are willing to accept from their business solutions providers – no more space-consuming bulky kiosks.
“Business solutions should enable operators to optimise the consumer experience while driving greater revenue and profit per square foot, which is the design purpose of KIOSK+. We are excited to help operators maximise their game room floor with revenue-generating games, lower their costs, and achieve their business goals through this innovation.”
Embed recently explored its wide range of technology products with blooloop, including its successful implementation at a number of entertainment venues in the US and Australia.
