A discussion for Data, CRM and Marketing strategy in Leisure and Attractions
Green 4 Solutions are to host a Leisure & Attractions ThinkTank on Wednesday November 12 2014.
Held at Green 4's offices in Lutterworth, the Thinktank sessions will focus on CRM, Marketing and Customer Experience strategy for leisure and visitor attractions businesses. The format will include two or three presentations of CRM implementation and business strategy from the leisure industry followed by a peer led discussion session and networking.
Eden Project Director, Gordon Seabright has been confirmed as the first speaker for the day. Gordon will share his experiences at the Eden Project and how they have used technology to shape current and future CRM strategies and customer experience.
