IDEAS, a leading brand and experience design company, has introduced a new set of workforce development tools, CareerVerse, IDEAS’ Panorama and BrandAMP, providing more inspiration and development in a straightforward subscription-based offering for workforce regions.
Firstly, CareerVerse is aimed at 10 – 14-year-olds, matching them with career path options through a fun online game that takes them on an interactive journey. Along the way, it introduces them to the right regional employers and career development resources to follow this up. In a pilot, over 13,000 children used it over a 2-week period, and the user base is continuing to expand.
Reimagining workforce development
Meanwhile, IDEAS’ Panorama is a regionally customized web solution with local career options, employers, first-person stories and job-specific resources, using current or custom content from that workforce region. It includes job-seeker self-assessments, tailored explainer videos and more, providing all the relevant tools to bring in an online career interest development system.
Finally, the company’s Workforce Solutions also includes the IDEAS BrandAMP program. This features brand design, activation strategies, visual identity, communications tactics, website design, engaging apps and cost-effective video content packages.
IDEAS has taken inspiration from its 10 years of experience in activating workforce brands in Florida, Alabama, Virginia and Massachusetts. Over the past 18 months, the company has been working to systemise its activation strategies, resulting in a plug and play solution that will assist workforce systems in meeting post-pandemic job demand.
“There has never been a more opportune or necessary time to re-imagine workforce development and reconsider how well built and activated brands are working to connect talent to opportunity,” says Bob Allen, Chief Storytelling Officer of IDEAS. “We believe these new, flexible solutions will empower regional workforce professionals.”
Recently, IDEAS announced that it has partnered with Pale Blue Dot Ventures to design a new space-themed entertainment and education destination, located in Santa Barbara County, California.
