In strategic partnership with ORIX, Panasonic Connect is forming a new company based on its Media Entertainment Business Division (MEBD). This is set to launch on 1 April, and 1 October in Europe.
ORIX will hold 80% of the shares in the new company, and Panasonic Connect will hold 20%. With this partnership, Panasonic Connect can enhance its expertise in visual technology, stimulate additional investment in solution development, and strengthen strategic collaborations.
Panasonic Visual is now positioned to continue to meet the requirements of its clients in a changing AV landscape.
