Vennersys, the integrated ticketing, retail and visitor management company, is growing ticket sales for an increasing list of clients in the tourism sector with its third-party booking system.
The technology firm has been highlighting its VenposCloud software, which can be integrated with a selection of third-party tools including Campaign Monitor, Oracle, Sage, Seats.io, Shopify, and Tesco Clubcard.
Targeted ticketing
Vennersys’ new connection to Tourism Exchange GB (TXGB) will allow guests to book visitor attraction tickets through a variety of distribution opportunities, such as national campaigns and destination websites, as well as established international brands including Tripadvisor.
The TXGB connection allows visitor attractions to take direct bookings from an expanded selection of sales channels such as online travel agents (OTAs) and local destination websites. A single connection to TXGB can help Vennersys’ clients reach new markets, increase brand exposure, and provide visitor attractions with a new opportunity for growth.
TXGB gives British attractions access to more than eighty destination websites including Shakespeare’s England, The Cotswolds, This is Durham, Tourism South East, Visit Bath & Bristol, Welcome to Yorkshire and other regional sites and tourist boards.
Power of partnerships
Operators can benefit from value-generating services, which will enable additional direct external bookings for attractions, allowing individuals to make venue bookings from other websites.
VenposCloud also provides the potential to connect with more specialised distributors, including the VisitBritain Shop, National Lottery Days Out promotion, Rugby League World Cup 2022 Squad Trips, England Originals and Explorers Road.
The system has a wide scope ranging from individual travel writers to renowned global brands, providing plenty of options for visitors to create direct bookings.
Data is knowledge
Vennersys provides seamless data sharing access with external services via a central hub, ensuring operators can manage external sales and monitor data with ease. Key information such as live admission availability, pricing and bookings across multiple distributors are displayed in one place.
Data sharing is a key way for attractions to better understand their customers, allowing them to attract future prospects and improve consumer experiences both online and on location. Vennersys’ software offers over one hundred different business reports and insights, provided to help identify opportunities and allow marketing and management teams to make informed decisions.
More details about VenposCloud can be found on the company’s website.
Vennersys has onboarded a number of new customers this year including Great British Car Journey, which utilises the firm’s ticketing and ePOS solution.
