Ocean Park Hong Kong is seeking Expressions Of Interest from experienced contractors for a new animal exhibit at Whiskers Harbour, Waterfront.
Successful applicants will be invited to tender for the main contract for construction works.
The work will involve converting an existing building and its surroundings into a new themed animal exhibit. This will encompass indoor and outdoor animal exhibition areas, education facilities, landscaped areas, as well as other associated facilities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of similar works for themed entertainment and/ or animalfacilities acquired in Hong Kong;
- Registered General Building Contractor experience for A&A works;
- Proven high quality expertise in managing, designing and building projects valued atHK$50 million or more undertaken in Hong Kong;
- Proven experience and resources in overall project management (including safety,quality and environmental management);
- Key staff for the Project shall be knowledgeable, experienced and capable. Detailedqualifications of the proposed team members must be submitted with the EOI.
