LEGOLAND Windsor Extends accesso Contract Adding Qsmart Smartphone-Based Queuing


accesso Technology Group plc Technology Group plc (accesso) has announced that LEGOLAND Windsor will be extending their contract for Qbot, the company’s original handheld virtual queuing system, for a further three years.

In addition, LEGOLAND Windsor will be adding accesso’s next generation patented smartphone-based queuing solution, Qsmart, in time for the 2014 season.

Tom Burnet, Chief Executive Officer of accesso, said, “We are delighted at the progress we’ve made with our mobile products during 2013 so I am thrilled to be announcing that accesso has been selected to deliver our Qsmart solution to another major European theme park.

“This contract marks the third park to expand their agreement with us to include our innovative smartphone solution alongside an existing Qbot system. For us, this decision demonstrates another important vote of confidence in the value and capability of our technology and we are very pleased to be extending and expanding our relationship with both LEGOLAND Windsor and Merlin Entertainments.”
