Merlin Entertainments has climbed to 15th place on the 2015 Sunday Times 25 Best Big Companies to Work For list.
Over 1000 companies participate in the Sunday Times “Best Companies” survey each year, which measures employee engagement via a survey covering My Manager, Leadership, My Company, Personal growth, My Team, Giving Something Back, Fair Deal, Wellbeing. Last year Merlin was listed in 119th place.
Commenting on the announcement, Tea Colaianni, Group HR Director for Merlin said, “This is a fantastic achievement for Merlin, and a testament to our continuing investment in our people and in their training and development; and the hard work of our managers and HR teams around the globe. People are at the heart of Merlin’s success. However much we invest in ‘hardware’ and attraction design and development, it is our people who ultimately create the unique, buzzing, fun and magical environment we work in and which delivers the amazing visitor experience for which Merlin is known.
