Global City Holdings, the developer behind Park of Poland, has announced a new contract with Hotel Professionals Management Group.
The company will provide strategic advisory services during the 4-star hotel’s construction and will also manage the facility once it’s up and running.
Recent projects in the region involving Hotel Professionals Management Group include Hampton by Hilton Gdańsk Oliwa, Hampton by Hilton Oświęcim and Warsaw Moxy Praga, which is currently under development.
The Park of Poland hotel will have 240 rooms, as well as conference facilities. It is expected to open in the latter part of 2020.
“This extraordinary project is unlike any other development endeavour being undertaken in Poland today and a dream for our team to be a part of,” stated Alex Kloszewski, Managing Partner of Hotel Professionals Management Group.
Park of Poland is located between Warsaw and Łódź, at Wręczanear Mszczonów. Visitors will access the complex via the A2 motorway and the S8 express road. Once completed, the park will cover 400 hectares and include a water park, theme parks, bungalows, hotels, a conference and retail centre, Silicon Valley-style office buildings, as well as apartment buildings.
Suntago Water World to feature Europe’s largest indoor waterslide
Suntago Water World, occupying 20 hectares, represents the first phase of construction. According to GCH, it will be the largest indoor water park in Europe with capacity for 15,000 guests daily. The park will have three themed zones:
- Saunaria – featuring 10 themed saunas
- Relax – a lush pool area with 700 real palm trees
- Jamango Water Jungle – home to a whole variety of Polin waterslides including the longest indoor water slide in Europe (320 metres)
“Suntago Water World will be the best place to spend free time with friends and family, seven days a week, all year round,” said Idan Greidinger, CEO of Park of Poland. “It will attract visitors not only from all over Poland, but also from other European countries.
“Thus, an integral part of our project is a hotel meeting the highest standards for comfort and guest services. The hotel will also serve as a convenient location for conferences and events of all types.”
Suntago Water World is slated to open in 2019.
