Wanda Group has broken ground on the first theme park in the Wanda Cultural Tourism City in Hefei, Anhui Province.
The theme park is located in Binhai Lake New Zone, adjacent to the Chaohu Lake, has a man-made lake at its centre and will feature attractions using “cutting-edge technology”.
There will be six themed zones drawing inspiration from Chinese culture – ancient Anhui, Chinese opera, water town, ancient Chaozhou City, fairytale land and ancient battleground.
