Universal Orlando is set to launch a new nighttime spectacular at Epic Universe, 'Universal Celestial Goodnight', on 7 July.
Running nightly, the show will take place in Celestial Park and features dancing fountains, lighting effects and a spectacular fireworks finale.
Developed by Universal’s award-winning entertainment team, Universal Celestial Goodnight is inspired by Epic Universe's experiences, from Super Nintendo World to Dark Universe.

It includes 350 larger-than-life fountains, nearly 600 synchronised light fixtures, and seven million LED lights embedded throughout Celestial Park.
Per a press release, guests will experience "meticulous choreography set to a high-energy musical score – all culminating with jaw-dropping fireworks that will serve as an epic farewell after an action-packed day at the park".
Epic Universe opened to the public on 22 May 2025 as the fourth theme park at Universal Orlando Resort. It houses five themed lands with more than 50 attractions, entertainment experiences, and retail and F&B outlets.
Epic Universe is billed as the most ambitious theme park ever created by Universal Destinations and Experiences, and a game changer for theme park entertainment.

In March 2026, the park received an unprecedented four separate Thea Awards. Until then, no single attraction had won more than three Thea Awards in the same year.
In more news, the name of Universal's UK theme park has been announced, as has a £1.3 billion funding package provided by the government.
Scheduled to open in 2031, the resort is projected to generate nearly £50bn in economic benefits for the UK by 2055.
