Apex Parks Group, one of the largest owners of Family Entertainment Centres in the United States, has added Sahara Sam’s Oasis Indoor and Outdoor Water Park to its growing portfolio.
The company's acquisition of the park in West Berlin, New Jersey, gives California-based Apex a presence in the Northeast United States.

Sahara Sam’s has been operating since 2009 and is the only freestanding, year-round indoor and outdoor water park in the US. It features a 70, 000 sq.ft. indoor complex with retractable roof and nearly 2 acres of outdoor attractions. The facility includes a wide range of waterslides, a 12, 000 sq ft wave pool and the region’s only indoor surfing simulator.
