American Niagara Hospitality has proposed plans to build a $20 million Daredevil themed water park and $50 million, 200 room hotel in downtown Niagara Falls.
The plans are being considered by the city council.The development would be built on top of theSheraton at the Falls hotel, owned by American Niagara Hospitality, and nearbythe Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino.
The Niagara Gazette reports that American Niagara Hospitality view the American side of the iconic Falls as ripe for the development of attraction clusters.
