Fantawild Holdings Inc., a leading one-stop solution provider in the theme park industry, opened the new Fantawild Water Park in Xuzhou in Jiangsu province, China, on 24 August 2024 with a grand ceremony featuring music and colourful decorations.
The new park is adjacent to Fantawild Wonderland theme park. Inspired by the Boonie Bears animated IP, it leverages Fantawild’s state-of-the-art technology and extensive experience in the amusement park industry. The family-friendly location offers dining and entertainment options.
The park includes sixteen water attractions, such as Hurricane Bay, Boonie Bears Village, Big Trumpet, Splash Bowl, Turbo Tunnel, and Jungle Cruise, alongside state-of-the-art amenities.
Entertaining water attractions
The water park offers various interactive attractions for all ages, including both thrilling and relaxing activities. One fun element is Big Trumpet, where visitors board a raft from a 19-meter-high platform before speeding through turns and twists. Boonie Bears Village is influenced by the popular animation, while Hurricane Bay simulates ocean waves.
The park drew large crowds on its first day of operation. The Boonie Bears theme, outstanding attractions, tranquil setting, and thoughtful services have all contributed to the family-friendly destination’s great reviews. Park employees were happy to answer enquiries about ticketing, luggage storage, finding particular amenities, and other topics throughout the day. Overall, guests expressed satisfaction with the calibre of the facilities and services offered.
Fantawild Water Park Xuzhou uses a 24-hour automated water circulation treatment and sterilisation system. Spot checks are conducted often, and the water quality is regularly monitored. Additionally, the park has medical and safety staff on hand, providing guests with peace of mind and enabling them to enjoy their stay fully.
During the same month, Fantawild also opened a new theme park in Ningbo. Boonie Bears Bay is the latest addition to the Ningbo Fantawild Tourism Resort, and it opened to the public on 16 August.
