The deal will allow ProSlide to offer real ocean dynamics to its customers

ProSlide Technology Inc., an industry leader in water ride manufacturing and design, has formally announced that it will become an authorised reseller for American Wave Machines (AWM)a leading wave pool, surf park and wave technology company.

The firm will offer the PerfectSwell system, showcased by AWM, to the international water park and resort markets, beginning with forthcoming projects in Asia and the Middle East region.

AWM’s business development manager Jenna Timinsky says: “ProSlide continually pushes the envelope with innovations in the water park and resort spaces. Innovation aligns perfectly with AWM and we are excited to address their markets with such a capable partner.”

AWM’s PerfectSwell technology has been developed to recreate the best surf conditions from around the globe, without the need for a trip to the ocean. The firm’s patented technology has generated near to half a million surf sessions around the world in locations including Waco in Texas, Shizunami in Japan and American Dream in New Jersey.

AWM’s surf technology is protected in fifteen jurisdictions with a comprehensive patent portfolio. Its SurfStream venues have a capacity of hundreds of visitors, whilst PerfectSwell surf pools are an acre or above in size with a wider capacity in the thousands. Since 2007, over 4 million sessions have taken place at AWM locations around the world.

ProSlide says that PerfectSwell is the only technology capable of creating real ocean dynamics, providing boundless wave varieties appealing to a wide spectrum from beginners to elite surfers.

ProSlide recently announced it has won a court case that protects its unique RallyPOINT water slide intellectual property.
