ProSlide Technology Inc., an industry leader in water ride manufacturing and design, is celebrating winning coveted Leading-Edge Awards from the World Waterpark Association (WWA) for two of its recent projects.

Advancing the water park industry
The World Waterpark Association presents the Leading-Edge Award to recognise innovative concepts, products, and services that offer major benefits for water park design and manufacturing, improve visitor experience, and advance the industry. ProSlide has been honoured at these prestigious awards together with its clients and partners every year since 1995.
Roaring Springs was given the award for its interactive water park design attraction, the RideHouse Camp IdaH2O. This one-of-a-kind feature features theming depicting iconic Idaho animals and birds, and houses the world’s first 650-gallon potato tipping bucket. The RideHouse Camp IdaH2O offers a memorable aquatic experience with seven intermediate slides, 100 play features, and an 8-inch-deep lagoon.
The award was given to Waldameer Water World for its newest water ride, the Rocket Blast water coaster. This ride rises to a height of 67 feet and spans over 800 feet in length. It features 4-person toboggan-style rafts, which allow guests to share the excitement with friends and family. The adrenaline-filled ride includes steep drops, thrilling uphill blasts, and three exciting FlyingSAUCER turns.
Earlier this year, ProSlide Technology Inc. announced that it had partnered once more with Siam Park, the world-renowned water park in Costa Adeje, Tenerife, in the addition of a new PIPElineBLAST called Saifa.
In July, the firm celebrated the launch of the Turtle Coaster at The Land of Legends Water Park, Turkey, a project created in collaboration with Creative Studio Berlin. The ride is the world’s longest four-person RocketBLAST water coaster.
