The Beatles at 3 Savile Row, billed as the first-ever official Beatles fan experience, is set to open in London in 2027.

As the name suggests, the upcoming attraction is located at 3 Savile Row, which served as the band's headquarters between 1968 and 1972, and as the recording studio for The Beatles' final album, Let It Be.

Additionally, the building was the setting for The Beatles' 1969 rooftop concert, which was the last time the band performed in public.

The Beatles at 3 Savile Row will feature seven floors of never-before-seen material, rotating exhibitions, a fan store, and a recreation of the basement studio where Let it Be was recorded.

Also, guests will get the chance to relive the iconic rooftop concert "on exactly the spot it happened", according to a press release.

Tom Greene, CEO of Apple Corps, which oversees The Beatles' creative and business interests, said: "We’re thrilled to bring Apple Corps back to its spiritual home and give The Beatles fans something truly special.

"Every single day, fans are taking pictures of the outside of 3 Savile Row – but next year they can go in and explore all seven floors of the iconic building, including the rooftop where even the railings remain the same from that famous day in 1969."

Paul McCartney said: "It was such a trip to get back to 3 Savile Row recently and have a look around.

"There are so many special memories within the walls, not to mention the rooftop. The team have put together some really impressive plans and I’m excited for people to see it when it’s ready."

Ringo Starr added: "Wow, it's like coming home."

More information about the new attraction, as well as details about a second experience currently in development, will be announced soon.
