The Global Licensing Group, the organiser of Brand Licensing Europe, has announced that registration for Licensing Week Virtual is now open.

The event takes place from 15 – 19 June 2020 and is being run by the Global Licensing Group, in partnership with Licensing International. Organisers are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the virtual event, and have released details of some of the speakers who will be presenting.

The online event is designed to bring the global licensing community together, despite the current limitations on physical meetings due to coronavirus.

Education, insights, networking and more

Licensing Week Virtual will feature expert keynote speakers alongside educational sessions on a wide range of relevant topics. There will also be opportunities for networking, as well as a digital exhibition.

The virtual event is free to attend. Participants will be able to watch sessions live and can also stream them on-demand for the following seven days afterwards.

“We are really excited to be involved with Licensing Virtual Week, where we’ll be hosting our Licensing University on Thursday, June 18, with a menu of at least seven seminars and presentations that will help attendees sharpen their professional skills and gain insights about licensing and marketing trends from a broad array of executives and analysts,” says Maura Regan, president of Licensing International.

Expert speakers

Several leading experts have already been confirmed as speakers for the event. This includes Scott Chambers, senior vice president and general manager, educational media and licensing, North America, Sesame Workshop.

Also speaking will be Daniel Siegel, vice president, licensing, Activision Blizzard Esports and Activision Publishing and Steve Scebelo, vice president, licensing and business development, NFLPA.

Registration and further information can be found here.

Brand Licensing Europe 2019 took place in London last October and brought together over 7,800 retailers and manufacturers with more than 260 brands, covering everything from entertainment, sports and toys, to gaming, heritage and more.
