As America prepares to mark its 250th anniversary, Disney Experiences is highlighting its economic impact across the US, as well as some of the small businesses it works with.
Per a press release, Disney Experiences generates nearly $67 billion in annual economic impact in the US, supports more than 403,000 jobs nationwide, and works with thousands of small businesses across all 50 states.
"The attractions industry has a unique ability to drive economic impact at both the local and national level," said Jakob Wahl, president and CEO of IAAPA.

"When guests travel to experience destinations and attractions, that spending supports thousands of small to mid-sized businesses across hospitality, food and beverage, retail and more."
From family-run companies to designers, Disney Experiences is collaborating with various small businesses to support its theme parks, resorts and attractions.
Florida-based Southeast Dairy Processors, for example, is a longtime dairy supplier to Walt Disney World, while Rando Productions in California is a design, engineering and manufacturing company collaborating on Disney showpieces and parades for more than 20 years.

Hawaii-based Y. Hata & Co. is a family-owned food service distribution company that supports Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, while Richloom in New York is a textile company creating fabrics and furnishings for Disney Experiences.
In the future, Disney plans to invest $30 billion in its US parks and experiences through 2033, creating new jobs and opportunities for employees, suppliers and small businesses.
Disney parks are celebrating the 250th anniversary of the USA with the new Soarin' Across America attraction.
The flying theatre experience at Disneyland and Disney World features new scenes of the US from coast to coast, filmed with advanced cameras and aerial technology.
Disney said the attraction is also a product of the company's economic reach, with its filming and production supported by a network of US-based businesses, from aviation operators to tourism companies.
