Royal Botanical Gardens Upgrades Online Ticketing Registration System with TopTix

News

TopTix Ltd., a leading developer of software for ticketing, fundraising and customer relationship management, have supplied their flagship platform, SRO4 (Standing Room Only), to Royal Botanical Gardens, Ontario.

Royal Botanical Gardens (RBG) is the largest botanical garden in Canada and a National Historic Site set in 1, 090 hectares (2, 700 acres) in Ontario.  The Gardens has chosen to upgrade its online ticketing registration system using TopTix’s SRO4 system in order to enhance and streamline the registration process and provide better customer service to its guests.

TopTix’s SRO4 platform is a cloud-based, responsive registration system that allows easier purchasing online.  Advantages of SRO4 for RBG is that each internal department will be able to input their content without having to rely on IT, and the system is flexible, allowing integration with other software services. SRO4 is used in more than 500 institutions, processing 80 million tickets a year.

RBG plans for the system to be fully implemented after the summer season.

Commenting on the announcement, RBG CEO, Mark Runciman, said, “Our team aspires to give our guests a high quality experience with every interaction.  SRO4 allows us to consolidate many of our backend operations so we can create a more seamless experience for both our team and guests.”
