The Touring Exhibitions Organisation (Teo), a one-stop resource platform for the international touring exhibitions community, has provided further details of its upcoming online event, to be held in March this year.
TEO Live 2022 is Teo’s online touring exhibitions event, supporting the international touring exhibitions community. Professionals involved in the hosting and touring of cultural exhibitions, can discover exhibition innovations, learn about trends and meet with fellow community members.
Attendees are typically working in venues such as museums, galleries and science centres, libraries and archives, gardens and zoos, exhibition venues and event organisations.
Top speakers

This year’s keynote session will concentrate on sustainable development approaches for touring exhibitions and experiences. Discussions will be led by two experienced business directors who will explore the latest new practices in tour developments.
Loïc Fel is the Co-Founder of the Coalition for Art and Sustainable Development (COAL), holding a PhD in Philosophy. His thesis in the epistemology of science, entitled “L’esthétique verte”, concentrated on environmental aesthetics and ecology.
Fel has also extended support for the integration of sustainable development in cultural structures, working with institutions such as French national orchestras, choreographic centres and museums, particularly in the realm of travelling productions.

Fabienne Voisin has a wealth of expertise in both music and management, dedicating her career to supporting the creation and promotion of music to large audiences. With a special focus on children, Voisin works continuously to make classical music accessible to all and for people of all demographics to be able to participate and share the concert experience.
Starting as production manager for TransArt Production in 1994, for nearly a decade she organised major cultural festivals including Flâneries musicales de Reims, MIDEM in Cannes and Transclassiques in Paris. Working over ten seasons, Voisin produced more than 180 concerts per year before joining the Île-de-France National Orchestra as head of concert distribution and production. She now leads the institution as its general director.

As a case study, they will also reveal the new sustainable development touring initiative developed by the National Orchestra of Île-de-France for 2022, exploring how the new classical music touring model could become a source of inspiration for improved sustainable practices in international touring exhibitions.
The online event will provide an ideal starting point for professionals considering the significance of sustainable development practices as a current and future requirement for travelling exhibitions.
Teo Live takes place on 17 March 2022. Registration is open and free to all attendees on the Teo website.
Also to be held in March, the Teo Touring Exhibitions Pavilion will be at Museum Connections Paris between 30 – 31 March 2022. Taking place at Paris Expo, Porte de Versailles, the event is expected to be attended by over 4,000 cultural attraction professionals.
